Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy sets forth the conditions for canceling tours provided by Experiences Japan.
Cancellation by Customer
30 days or more before tour start date
No cancellation fee. Full refund.
15 to 29 days before tour start date
20% cancellation fee. Remaining balance will be refunded.
8 to 14 days before tour start date
50% cancellation fee. Remaining balance will be refunded.
2 to 7 days before tour start date
80% cancellation fee. Remaining balance will be refunded.
1 day before or on tour start date
100% cancellation fee. No refund.
Cancellation by Company
If we cancel a tour due to natural disasters, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.
Cancellation Process
1. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Cancellation requests are accepted by email at info@experiences-japan.com.
3. The remaining balance after deducting cancellation fees will be refunded to your specified account. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days.
Special Circumstances
We will flexibly accommodate cancellations due to illness, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances. Please feel free to contact us.
